CHAMPIONSHIPS
| CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP - GOLD TOP
*(PREVIOUSLY KNOWN AS POINTS CHAMPIONSHIP) A season-long competition using points from heats and finals only. Held over 16 meetings with competitor's best 15 scores taken into account. Winner awarded trophy and Gold roof. FINAL WINNERS TROPHY - SILVER TOP At the end of the season, the most prolific finals winner awarded trophy and Silver roof. RAB UNWIN MEMORIAL TROPHY *(PREVIOUSLY KNOWN AS CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP) Will be held at the end of the season at a specially designated meeting. Drivers will qualify by racing at six qualifying rounds throughout the season. The points from these will be totalled and the top six points scorers will qualify for the Rab Unwin Memorial Trophy. The top points scorer from the qualifying rounds will have first choice of lane followed by second, etc., with ties decided by highest qualifying round score. All drivers will race from the blue grade line, rotating lanes after each race. The winner will be the first driver to reach 50 points. Winner awarded trophy. WHITE AND YELLOW TOP TROPHY: Awarded to the driver who scores the most points throughout the season whilst holding White or Yellow top status. Winner awarded trophy. REG BROWN MEMORIAL TROPHY Will be held on the same night as the Rab Unwin Memorial Trophy. This is open to any driver who has not qualified for the Rab Unwin Memorial Trophy and the format will be decided upon on the night, depending on number of entrants. Winner awarded trophy. |
